If a learner started a Study Programme course with us aged 18 on 31st August 21, would we be ok to put them on a 2 year programme? The learner would be 19 on 31st August 22 (during the programme) but were aged 18 at the start of programme?

They would be funded as a 19+ Continuing Students in the second year under FM 25 SOF 107.
