Sorry to drag this up again. Can someone please give us clarity on what level we should put a learner if their Initial Assessment result comes out as "working towards Level 1"?
I am saying that they should go on Level 1 as they will be "working towards" getting Level 1. Others are arguing that they should go on the level below in order to bring them up to Level 1.
Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

It should be a level above what they were assessed at,, working towards level 1 would require they undertake L1 as they are not assessed as at level 1.
