Apprentice with more than one job role

We have a potential apprentice who wants to start an apprenticeship with an employer on 20 hours but also has another job role (not connected to the sector with the apprenticeship), the funding rules no not really cover more than one job but I presume this is not an issue as long as it is highlighted in the initial assessment at the sign up stage?
Any direction or thought would be appreciated.

P89.2.3 be taking place during working hours. Where an apprentice has more than one job, working hours refers to the hours of the job the apprenticeship is linked to.
