Traineeship to Apprenticeship

We have a traineeship learner who has completed their traineeship but still has their English aim open as we are continuing to work on this with them as they have not yet passed. They have now progressed onto an apprenticeship. Do we leave the English aim open on the traineeship until they achieve? Or do we withdraw this aim on the traineeship, open it on the apprenticeship and complete a funding reduction?

If the learner is continuing with an English or maths aim that they have already started as part of the traineeship programme, then this aim must be recorded as closed and a new aim opened as part of the apprenticeship programme using Funding model code 36. The Funding adjustment for prior learning field must be completed, and the negotiated price (AFinType = TNP) for the apprenticeship programme must take into account any learning already done on these aims.
