We have a number of learners who are shown on this report as being on a break for more than 365 days, but when we check our MI system these have returned and are no longer on a break. The correct restart indicators have been used and they are showing on the occupancy report. Is anybody else having this problem

I have had similar reported but when checked the ILR aims they have had errors in reporting them correctly as restarts (either no restart indicator or no original start date).
