HI,
I have a learner originally started with another training provider and has been transferred from progress to excellence. The learner has completed 50% with another training provider on a framework qualification.
The learner was transferred to us and would like to transfer with us from 28/04/2021 on the same prog type and qualification (framework).
Can you please let me know if:
I can enrol this learner on the same framework? (I know that we no longer deliver framework from 01/08/2020).
If Apprenticeship service account would allow me to register this learner for framework qualification?

Normally I would say this is no longer possible but due to the circumstances you should contact the service desk to see if it is going to be possible to arrange on DAS for this learner from a defunct provider to complete the framework.
