UKPRN Errors

Created

None

Hello,

I got the following two error messages while trying to submit our ILR :

UKPRN_11 (UKPRN=11111111|FundModel=36|LearnDelFAMType=ACT|LearnDelFAMCode=2|) and

UKPRN_13 (LearnStartDate=10/03/2021|UKPRN=11111111|LearnDelFAMType=ACT|LearnDelFAMCode=2|AimType=1|)

I don't know what these mean and how to go about addressing this issue. Please could someone help me. Many thanks in advance.

(P.S. From previous posts I've noticed mention of contracts of services with the ESFA by employers for non levy funded employers. My apprentice works for a non levy funded employer. I did reserve funds for them prior to setting them up on our training provider account.)

Thank you

Kind regards

Lucy

If the apprentice is funded using funds in DAS then ACT is always 1, these errors have indicated you have used ACT 2 but no longer have a contract line for this delivery.

Hi  we have the same issue with error UKPRN_11 & UKPRN_13.

We have a learner that started an apprenticeship with a levy paying employer so had ACT1.  They have since moved employers to a co-investing employer, but when we try to put ACT2 (funded through a contract with ESFA) we get error UKPRN_11 & UKPRN_13.  what are we doing wrong?

Hello Donna,

As far as I know as long as the employer has an employer apprenticeship service account (online), you need to include them as ACT1 even if they are a co-investing (non-levy funded) employer. Hope it works for you.

Kind regards

ACT indicates the Apprenticeship Contract Type the learner is funded from DAS or ESFA Allocation and not the levy status of the employer.

All new starts will be ACT 1 and only carry over learners who started as ACT 2 can use this code.

Hi all

I keep getting a similar error to the above. If anyone could shed any light?

The error I keep getting is -

"This learning aim cannot be started after the stop new starts date for this funding relationship"

I have recently added 7 new apprentices onto the ILR and all 7 have got this same error.

Cannot work out what it could be.

Thank you
