Any advice appreciated - I've picked up another provider is working with one of our 16-18 ESFA funded learners, on a National Lottery Funded qualification. The provider assures me this is ok as it is not ESFA funding they are using. I'm nervous as the learner is on a full time programme with us. Anyone come across this before and assure me all is ok?

I guess it's fine? Comparison might be to someone doing Duke of Edinburgh or their coaching badges not at college? It's not two lots of DfE money, so can't see an issue?
