I have had a lot of different advice as to how to treat these learners/employers post April 2021. My questions are:
1) is it right that an employer cannot claim the incentive through the DAS for a learner if they start with them part way through an apprenticeship, so an employer change, unless they were made redundant from their original employer?
2) if a learner changes employer post April 2021, does the new employer have to add them to the DAS if they were originally ACT2 funded?
3) if a learner, who was originally ACT2 funded through our allocation, re-starts after a BIL post April 2021, do they have to go on the DAS or do they continue on the original funding?
