Leave outside the rules - Hong Kong nationals
Created
None
Good morning folks,
I've got a new scenario and wonder if anyone has come across it previously. We've been contacted by a Hong Kong national who has been granted "Leave outside the rules" and are querying whether this would bypass the 3 year residency requirement for apprenticeships.
My gut says this is a straight forward no but I'd welcome any other experience on this particular topic.
Thanks,
Darren

Yes, Para 392.6 (V5)
(Assuming they've got the Right to Work, but that's the employer's problem, not yours ;))
