Incorrect start date in 2020

I have an apprentice who has a start date of Feb 2020 but it should have been July 2020 so the planned end date is Feb 2023 and it should be July 2023.
How do I rectify this as they started in last years funding period?

You cannot change these dates unless it was a data entry error and it would complicate things if changed now as you would have drawn down funding in the previous year.
