SWAPS and funding claim

We can see our SWAP funding coming through on the main occupancy report with code 375 and expected to see our earnings so far for SWAPS in our year to date Adult skills funding line on the claim form. However, they don't appear to be included in the year to date figure and they are not against any other line. They are included in our allocation figure. Has anyone else had anything similar? Should we add a year to date figure for SWAPS against a line other than Adult skills?

We had a similar issue with the funding not showing on the funding summary report but the learners did appear on the occupancy report.  We were advised by the Helpdesk to use both learning delivery monitoring codes - 357 AEB procured and 375 for the SWAP.  On the funding summary report the SWAP programmes are included in the AEB procured line.

Hello Guys

Can someone please tell me how to apply for the AEB pre-employment swap 375. I am about to start delivery with the local JCP but how do i claim the swap funding?
