Aims specific to mayoral combined authority (category 41)

Hi there - I'm looking at an aim which falls into category 41, but for which AEB ends this July (6033986X).
The category 41 record doesn't have an end date (31 December 2600), so does that mean that we can continue to claim AEB next year from devolved authorities, even though the ESFA have stopped funding for the qualification?
I'm not sure how to interpret categories 41 and 47, and couldn't find any guidance online - does anyone have any info on this?
