Yeah, I'd basically forget about the initial enrolment in this instance. I'd be pushing for a complete restart though? Even if it means losing a few hours (I'm guessing they haven't done much yet?).
One thing that came up on the Nick/Karl webinar yesterday was that the Apprenticeship Agreement MUST be dated before the start date (or, absolute worst case, within the same month).

Hello,
We potentially have a learner looking to enrol with us on an Apprenticeship for an 18 month programme. In a scenario where the learner has completed the Commitment Statement and Apprenticeship Agreement, having been fully enrolled.
If we identify that the learner requires further support and in this instance an increase of duration from 18 months to 24 months to support this. Is this possible?
At this stage, would a new and updated Commitment Statement and Apprenticeship Agreement suffice, even though it is following the start date?
