Did you create the ULN on LRS today? At one point there was definitely a lag but I thought it was all but instantaneous now... Also double check that there isn't a leading space on your MIS system, that can cause havoc!
DEFINITELY leave them in. If it's still a problem you'll just not get paid for that one learner, everything else will be fine.

Just uploaded the ILR file and we are getting the Error “ULN_05” which indicates that the ULN number is incorrect.
"Unique learner number' (ULN) is wrong. The 'unique learner number' (ULN) must exist in the Learner Register or be the default learner number (9999999999) if you're waiting for the learner's ULN registration. Check 'unique learner number' is correct.
However I have checked the learner record service and they are correct.
any advice on what to do? - Leave them on and upload?
