I am in the process of completing our second declaration however I expect that this information will change before the end of the academic year. I believe that I can do an ad hoc return at any time in addition to the two mandated returns in February and June. Does anyone know when the window for ad hoc returns closes please?

Kind of never? Certainly would expect it not to go away until 31 July and will *probably* be there 'til R14?
If they close it, then it's not your fault you can't update it!
