Apprenticeship Funding Rules 21/22

Afternoon

Has anyone heard when the first draft of the Apprenticeship Funding Rules are being released for 21/22 contract year?

They are late being published again and as I'm sure everyone is, I'm looking to prepare as much as possible for the new year particularly in terms of eligibility as we have already been informed Brexit will have an impact on 21/22.

Also, other webinars have said "June" but not specifying when in June....or what year.

Thanks for this thread.  Agree with all your points, we all just want to prepare and not have everything to review / change at the last minute like usual.

Lets hope it is by end of June 2021, but same here as on your thread, not holding my breath!

It has now been released.

Key changes:

Subsidy Control rules may affect employers benefiting from waiving of employer contributions

Residency requirements have been revised  (for EAA etc)

Need to document prior assessment of learning

Additional support needs - funding cannot be claimed solely on the basis of a generic assessment to all starters

 TNP1 should not include EPA costs
