Nursing Associate Standard (NMC 2018) - EPA integration

I work for a uni who deliver the above non integrated standard which is now to become an integrated one.
As an EPA had not been contracted I only submitted the agreed Training price (TNP1) of £12000 (80% of the £15000 max funding band) which means we have only been receiving 80% of the £12000 on a monthly basis.
Presumably as this is now integrated I will need to just add the EPA costs (TNP2) but what date should be used? Also do I need to add the EPAO number to each learner record if it is now integrated?
