The level 3 adult offer for adults aged 24+ (learners without a full level 3 or above accessing a qualification on the Level 3 adult offer qualifications list) is fully funded for employed and unemployed learners. There is no co-funding that is why you use LDM code 378 and FFI code 1 to claim for funding for learners who meet the requirements.

Just looking for some clarification, I'm pretty sure I'm reading the guidance correctly but you always never know.
The National Skills Fund for the new offer for 24+ first full level 3 qualifications, is there still a wage cap against it like in the Low Wage Pilot, I would like to say no as there is a different LDM code but just wondered if anyone else is delivering this and could offer guidance as we are starting to gear up and start using the funds.
