SLD ILR upload fail

Hello all, I am trying to upload a R10 batch filed to SLD and after 10 minutes of the 'your file's uploading' screen I get a failure message, I uploaded a batch file last night fine, so I thinking this may be a SLD issue, is anyone else having this issue please
