How do you record a withdrawal from an apprenticeship when they haven't returned after a break in learning?
No one has replied to this post.
Change the 6:3 coding to 3:3. Add the end date to the FAM record, and add the actual OTJ hours done to the programme.
You don't have to bring them back to withdraw them, just convert the break to withdrawal.

Just change the 6 to a 3!
That is, all you have to do is change the Completion Status from "learner is on a break" to "withdrawn".
