Good Afternoon, 

We contacted a learner last week regarding his EPA, and he has stated that he is currently at university, and has been studying since September. We were not notified of this. 
 
I just wanted to ensure that he is able to complete his EPA whilst being at university? He currently has his project left to complete and that is everything completed for the apprenticeship.

So, is he still employed is almost more of a bigger question, but also:

29. A provider must not claim funding for individuals who:

29.6. Are in receipt of any other direct/indirect DfE funding during their 
apprenticeship; this includes any other DfE funded FE / HE programme, 
including those funded by the Office for Students or a student loan, but 
excludes funding outlined in paragraph 29.5 and apprentices taking part in 
the Turing Scheme

Yes he is still employed with his current company and they had no idea of him starting uni. Oh well !
