Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where we obtain a minimum financial assistance declaration form?
The Department for Education do not appear to have produced a template, even though this is a funding rule evidence requirement for employers receiving a transfer of levy funds.
Does anybody have any experience of using one and are you able to advise, what the form should look like and/or the information it should contain for audit and compliance purposes?
