The 2025 to 2026 Further Education Workforce Data Collection (FEWDC) will open on Friday 31 July and close on Friday 11 September 2026. The updated collection specification is now available. To access the collection or create an account, use the submit learner data sign in process at the link above.
The FEWDC is a mandatory statutory return. This means there is a responsibility for all providers to submit the requested data by the submission deadline.
Surgeries and webinars will be running throughout the collection window to support the sector in completing their FEWDC. EmailDCT.BetaSupport@education.gov.uk to register your interest.
