Hi wondering if anyone can help me please.
In the ILR today I have marked a learner as completed following the result of their EPA. After doing this I have getting a DLOCK_12 on the data match report.
However, after looking into the issue the employer has not stopped or paused payment at any point during the apprenticeship.
The planned end date on AS is May 2025 but have only now actually completed in July 2026. Would I ask the employer to update the planned end date?
