26/27 New ILR fields - apprenticeships

Hello Everyone
Can I please sense check our understanding of the new Reduction in Price (RIP) and planned hours for OTJ due to reduction in prior learning (HRS4)?
Am I right in thinking that when we create a financial record for an apprentice who has prior learning, we record TNP 1 and TNP 2 that have been agreed with the employer (so the actual price, after prior learning was taken into consideration) and we use RIP field to show how much we reduced the price by for the DWP to then check it against the maximum funding band and see what reduction we applied?
E.g. funding band £10,000
RPL reduction - £1,000
TNP1+2 - £9,000
RIP - £1,000
Is it the same for HRS4?
We use HRS1 - planned hours - to record what we require the apprentice to complete, after all reductions have been applied and we then record HRS4 to show how much we reduced the hours by?E.g.:
Planned hours with no prior learning: 500
Prior learning hours reduction: 50
HRS1 - 450
HRS4 - 50?
Thank you!

In a word, yes!
Not sure that "for the DWP to then check it against the maximum funding band and see what reduction we applied" is why we're doing it, but that's not particularly important...
