PDSAT Question

Hi everyone

On our PDSAT report in the 26A-505 tab (Withdrawals and qualifying days for funding), we have an apprentice's BIL learning aim.

This apprentice went on a BIL after about a month . She returned about a month later and has recently completed (we created new aims when she returned and left the original aims closed. They also had the original learning start date filled in).

Please can you advise if this will create in issue in terms of achievement rates? If so, is there any way to clear this from the report/system?

Thanks

Matt

If you have confirmed the returning record is a restart with the original start date, it should not cause any issues with the QAR.   The PDSAT report is designed to highlight all learners who have left the programme around the time of qualifying (42 days) to ensure that providers have an accurate learner actual end date which complies with the funding rules or learning activities.

Thanks Paul for the confirmation, that is a relief.
