We have been asked to submit a request to move funding from ASF to FCFJ following a change in funding rules for 19-23 year olds who now sit under FCFJ funding. The form says to upload via an enquiry on the customer portal by 7th August, but this is currently not available due to a data breach. How else can we upload this given the deadline?
I have another question which is about the maximum amount of virement available.
I have looked at the 19-23 year olds we brought forward from 24/25 and the funding value for them in 25/26 is more than the maximum amount of virement offered. Did anybody else find the same?
