ILR Completion Status

Good morning, so i have uploaded my data but have noticed that there are 6 learners whos status do not reflect what is on the ILR.
On PICS, the learners are completed (comp stat 2) outcome not yet known however, on the occupancy report the learners are still in learning (comp stat 1).
Has anybody else experienced this?

What does it actually say in the actual xml file? Open it in notepad and check the CompStatus. Then you can tell if it's a PICS issue.
Also, they didn't complete *this week* did they? Because any dates after 1 Aug shouldn't be reflected in your 25/26 ILR.
Just to clarify - PICS will only send aim end details such as end date, withdrawal reason etc. if the aim ended before the end of the year being exported. For aims ended after year end it will send Completion Status 1 (Continuing) and no other aim end fields.
