It's a new rule for 26/27:
guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/26-27/validation-rules/rule/UKPRN_33
which would explain why it's not on your R12.
Presuming your provider hasn't been struck off (!!!), it's a Last Date for New Starts on the Standard issue.

R01 26-27 - UKPRN_33 Error

Hi all, So we have just uploaded our R01 file and been hit with a number of UKPRN_33 errors.
I'm struggling a bit with this as we currently don't have this error from R12/13 of the 25-26 funding year.
Has this happened to anyone else or any advise to fix this?
