Has anyone using the AS to add a learner from the ILR done this for a Apprentice that is progressing from a level 2 to a level 3?
When I have gone to add the learner after submitting the ILR data via submit learner data, the progressing Apprentice does not come up on the list even when I search via the ULN number? Do I still need to add the learner manually?
