R122 errors

Completion Status is only set to 2 on Achievement. If they completed their learning but were still in Gateway in 25/26 then it needs to be set to 1:

"For apprenticeship standards, the learning activities for the programme aim include both the training and end point assessment. Code 2 must only be used for the apprenticeship standard programme aim where both the training and end point assessment activities have been completed."

Thing is, different MI Systems deal with this in different ways. If you've got separate tabs for each academic year, the learner will need to be 1&8 (no AchDate), ie in Gateway still in 25/26 and 2&1 (with AchDate), ie fully completed in 26/27?

Hi Richard, the learner(s) have achieved, all aims have been set to 2, the diploma completed in July 26, EPA achieved in August. All the required fields have been completed with relevant dates and status and yet I am still getting the error. It's suggesting I've missed a date somewhere but I have triple checked and I haven't (that I can see anyway) I don't know how to fix it. Thanks

So, as they hadn't completed their EPA until August, your ZPROG001 Programme aim in 25/26 should be

Completion Status 1

Outcome 8

ActEndDate [last day in learning]

AchDate [blank]

(which is how it should be done all year as well when the learner is in Gateway before you've got the EPA finished off, but it's less of an issue in-year!)

The normal convention is that software suppliers retain the ILR status based on the 31st July 2026, and then report the update version in the next year.   There should be no blurring of the two academic years.

Do you want a list of the ones that don't!!!? I'd say it's 50/50 at best...

Hi Steve Hewitt - in your example above, should the 25/26 ACT code have a 'Date Applies To' entered (that will match the 25/26 actual end date? Or is it left blank because the completion status is '1'? Thanks

I'm pretty certain the ones doing it by breaking the years down seperately is more than those who do not now.,  No list required, I'm pretty aware :)
