Uploading ILR: ensure header data is correct

If you are experiencing schema failures when uploading your ILR please ensure your header data is correct. For 26/27 the main message tags at the top of the file have been updated to remove 'ESFA' so ensure the xmlns value is "ILR/2026-27".

Drives me absolutely bonkers that the file showing people this change was released in APRIL and yet more than one of our software suppliers just didn't notice for four months. This is so serious I am defending our DfE friends for once!!!
