Hello,
We are an employer provider and currently deliver two standards that have been de-funded. DfE have confirmed that we are able to enroll a final small number of funded learners by December. However, we have three more employees who we would like to add to this cohort so are looking at privately funding them.
I have read the rules and guidance on privately funding apprenticeships but I'm not clear to the extent that the principle funding rules apply. Is anyone able to shed any light / have any experience on this?
Do we need to assess RPL?
Do we need to enter into a contract with ourselves?
