The best, if not quite simplest way, is to use FIS and tick the "export as .csv" option in settings. Then you'll get a zip file full of csvs and you want Valid_Learner to show you precisely who is in your file and not erroring.
The Indicative Funding Report from either FIS or SLD is quicker but won't include people who aren't generating funding in-year.

I feel very silly asking this. Please can someone point me in the direction of how to get a simple list of who the DfE think is in the ILR file. I am trying to resolve or explain why there is a difference on learner numbers from different data sources. I just want a list so I can compare them. My PICS ILR report says we are exporting 264, the SLD rules violation report and understanding your funding dashboard say 267. Then another part of the hub says 266. I can't seem to get any of the reports where I can export names to tally with those numbers
