DLOCK12 & Pause payments on the App Service
Created
None
Afternoon all,
Im hoping someone can help with this query as ive been going back and forth with the servicedesk and still no where clear.
We have apprentices who went on a BIL and the App service has been correctly paused on the Employer payments screen, the record still shows as LIVE which we know about.
If an apprentice has since returned and is now LIVE in the ILR and was submitted as LIVE as part of the R13 return, would we expect this to drive the payment screen for the Employer to show as LIVE. Ive just checked on a couple and its still showing as paused even though they have since returned from a BIL but my understanding was, the ILR drives the funding.
Will the Employer get a notification to say to 'unpause' the payments?
Do we as a provider need to do anything?
Thanks everyone

You will need to ask the employer to remove the pause on their account
