Hi all,
Just sharing that I logged a ticket regarding a couple of R02 submissions failing this morning - got through the upload stage fine, then showed as "processing", but then failed.
Ticket response confirms "There is currently a technical issue which is affecting file submissions on Submit Learner Data. The technical team are working on a fix and we will update you shortly."
