I've been asked to check how we should account for the National insurance contributions grant in the R14 funding claim for Tailored Learning, but I cannot find any guidance about it. Has anybody seen any relevant guidance?
The question is whether we should declare our gross expenditure on TL, or deduct the amount we received from the NIC grant.
