Hi, 

 

I'm going to raise a ticket directly, but i thought i would also reach out to the Community to see if anyone else has had an issue with their R01 EAS claim payment....is it what you were expecting as we've not had ours.

We had an email from the help area suggesting there had been an issue and the money would be paid with R02
