Hi,
We submitted three non-levy learners in the R01 ILR return in September, with learning start dates at the end of July.
The funding reservations for these learners covered the period from June to August. However, the learners’ records were not added to DAS before August, and we are now unable to add them retrospectively.
When we try to add the records, DAS displays a message stating that the learning start date must fall between September and December. This suggests that we may need to make new funding reservations for the September–December period.
Could you please clarify whether making new funding reservations would affect the funding eligibility for July and August for these learners? We would also appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue while ensuring that the funding for their original July start dates is not lost.
