Unable to find employer on Reserve Funding

Hi,
I have two employers that I can see in 'View Employers and Manage Permissions', both of which have permissions set to 'Yes, employer will review records' for adding apprentices and 'Yes' for adverts, but when I go to reserve funding I cannot locate them by name or agreement ID. They do not appear in the list or the search.
