Very late Y12 Joiners - what to record for Census year 2025-26

We had a number of Y12 students join us at Easter as their school had gone into administration and closed suddenly. Obviously they weren't on our Oct 2025 census so my census is throwing up an error. I don't know what planned hours they had for year 2025-2026 and in some cases the POS/ learning aims were different from what they now have as they were doing slightly different BTEC's to the ones we have transferred them to with our Centre. Should I just adjust last year to show the information for the last few months they spent with us - will this have any effect on funding? I assume we didnt get the funding anyway when they started Y12 but want to make sure I'm not doing anything detrimental to our school. Thanks
