Old learners appearing on co-investment report

Good afternoon,

 

We have had a number of learners who started in previous years whose employers are not eligible to pay co-investment appear on the reports at R01, R13 and now R02. I thought this was a known issue but when I have contacted the helpdesk after they were still appearing on R02 they don't appear to be aware of the issue and are asking for the learner details (there are 70+ so sending the details will be time consuming). 

Has anybody else logged calls about this issue and had any response about what is causing the problem/when it will be fixed?

Yes, I've logged a call (1670319 with the AS help desk). No, I've not had a proper response. It's being looked at by the specialist support team was the last I've heard.

I pointed out in no uncertain terms what a mess this is going to be if it's not sorted by R14...

We have the same response as Steve, if they are not paid I will looking to claim payment on EAS.  We have no other means to claim our funding once R14 is submitted.

Good morning all

Just linking this thread to another one on same subject that I posted an update on a couple of days ago. Hopefully this helps. Any remaining apprentices where the issue still exists at R14 we will make correcting payments manually so there is no need for EAS claims for this.
