25/26 Comps Pulling Through to 26/27 ILR

Hi, wondering if anyone can help.
I'm reviewing the data in our 2026/27 ILR and have noticed that a number of learners have pulled through into the current year, despite having completed their apprenticeship in 2025/26.
The common factor appears to be that all these learners had a Break in Learning before returning to the programme and then completed.
I've checked the DAS, and all learners are marked as Completed. We've also received the completion payments for all of them.
What would be the best course of action to prevent these learners from appearing in the 2026/27 ILR, given that they completed in the previous funding year?

Sounds like an issue with your software supplier, but short answer is "yes", exclude them if all of the dates are in 25/26.
Would check you've got matching Original Start Dates on the return from BILs as that could be a weird factor?
