I am looking at co-investment report and struggling to make sense of it, there are two columns V- completion earnings in this funding year and W- Completion payments in this funding year. I have learners with 0 in one or both of these columns where the co-investment is 100% or more collected and when i check the apps ind report there is an ach payment on this report? Is there a detailed guide/specification anywhere on how the report works? I have found a guide but it doesn't go into much detail or answer my questions
