Hi can anyone help?
We are not receiving the 5% co-invest on the payments. The learner is under 18, on the AS, and should be co-invest can anyone help

You collect the 5% co-investment from the employer the ESFA only pay 95% funding direct to the provider.

Hi Martin,
Yes I know about the collection from the employer however this learner's employer has less than 50 so I thought they have 100% paid ?

Have you ticked/selected that they are a small employer in your ILR?
