Hi Can anyone help?
We have a learner enrolled under 18 in AS but we are not receiving the co-invest from ESFA ?
Any advice ?

Age is not the basis for co-investment, non levy employers co-invest excepting for those employed by small employers where this is waived for those 16 to 18.
