Evidence pack requirements for Exemption

We are reviewing our evidence pack requirements for Exemptions and want clarification that auditors will be looking for evidence for English and Maths certs to support eligibility and exemption to completing these as well as any exemptions due to ALN?
Also, for the PLR evidence, where this doesn't exist then all qualifications should be uploaded as evidence for RPL/adjustments.

Its always been a PLR or copies of certs.
PLR must state award date and grade.
If its an overseas qual then a conversion statement from UK Naric (or whatever they are called now) and copies of the learners certificates
