We have two learners who are moving from one Eng standard to another. The modules they've completed are common to both standards, and I know I've got to the a reason code=40, but what do I do about the price - am I right in thinking I need to calculate a residual (they're staying with the same employer)? Also, am I right in thinking the employer will need to raise a new cohort on DAS? Both learners started in Sept19, so have gone through an R14. Thanks
