OTJ hours when self isolating

Hi, we have an apprentice who has to self isolate this week. If they carry on with their study at home can the hours be counted towards OTJ being as they are being paid in the usual way?

Yes? Much like when people were furloughed? Obviously we wouldn't want people to do work when they were actually sick, but if they're just self-isolating, I wouldn't see a problem with it?
